Eventcube Solutions

Eventcube Solutions runs Eventcube, a ticketing and event management platform headquartered in London and used by clients around the world. It began more than ten years ago as a simple ticket tool the team built for its own music and events website, and has since grown into a system for event organisers, members clubs, gyms and sporting organisations. The firm reports more than 16,000 event creators on the platform.

What Eventcube Solutions offers

• Branded ticket stores — a ready-made storefront under the organiser's own web address, which can be embedded on an existing site and supports group purchases, upsells, discounts and instalments.
• Registration and check-in — tailored sign-up forms whose questions can change based on earlier answers, plus a QR scanning app that spots duplicate tickets.
• Memberships — subscription handling for clubs and membership bodies.
• Virtual events — streamed stages with chat, polls and networking, or ticketing for sessions held on Zoom and Teams.
• Multi-event management — one dashboard for many events and organisers, with a Zapier connection and an API for custom flows.
• Production and development — a studio for live-stream production and white-label customisation work.

Who it works with
