engage2learn works with public school districts across the United States to improve teaching and put district plans into practice. Based in Austin, Texas, and founded in 2011, it combines human coaching with an AI platform trained with educators' input. Two other organisations have since become part of the group: Education Elements, a K-12 consultancy focused on leadership development, announced in 2026, and Jim Knight's Instructional Coaching Group.
