Eigen Innovations Inc.

Eigen Innovations Inc. supplies manufacturers with AI-enabled imaging and connected data collection. Its platform watches production as it happens so that quality problems can be dealt with as they occur.

What Eigen Innovations Inc. offers

• Edge hardware — devices deployed in the plant to gather machine, camera and sensor data continuously.
• Quality algorithms — a patented algorithm that spots effects on quality and can feed control inputs back into the process.
• Analytics application — part-by-part and machine-by-machine quality views, including on mobile devices.
• Prediction — over time the system anticipates outcomes before they happen.

Who it works with

Manufacturers aiming to raise throughput, cut quality issues, improve overall equipment effectiveness and move towards connected, autonomous factories.

Key facts

• Approach: identify the relevant data first, then deploy hardware and add detection of quality effects
