Dynaway

Dynaway builds enterprise asset management (EAM) and CMMS software that runs inside Microsoft's ERP products rather than as a separate system. Its tools help organisations plan maintenance, keep track of equipment and spare parts, and cut downtime. The company is listed in Denmark and serves industrial users of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and Business Central.

What Dynaway does

• EAM for Business Central: a maintenance add-on for setting up preventive maintenance and tracking spare-part stock.
• Add-ons for Microsoft Asset Management: extensions for asset management in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
• Mobile work execution app: lets technicians handle work orders in the field.
• Maintenance analytics: a Power BI tool that reports maintenance KPI figures.
• Consultancy and implementation: consultants help customers and partners put asset management to work inside Microsoft ERP.
• Support and education: a customer care team plus webinars, structured training and workshops.

Who it serves

Dynaway shapes its products around the needs of manufacturing, food and beverage, and energy and natural resources firms. More than 60 partners implement its software alongside Microsoft solutions.
