CyberGrants is software for corporate philanthropy, covering grant programmes, employee donations and volunteering, and it now belongs to Bonterra. Bonterra says the product dates from 1999 and was used by more than half of the Fortune 100. Apax Partners acquired it in June 2021, then added Social Solutions and EveryAction in August of that year, forming Bonterra.

Large companies running philanthropy and corporate social responsibility programmes, including pharmaceutical firms. When it was acquired, its network connected some 10 million employees to 650,000 nonprofits, and Bonterra now cites 190,000 verified nonprofits in its network.
