ClassFit

ClassFit makes scheduling and management software for independent fitness studios and individual class organisers. It handles bookings, payments, memberships and timetables so that studio owners spend less time on admin, and it says more than 2,000 studios use it.

What ClassFit offers

• Booking calendar — a class timetable that sits inside the studio's own website, with waitlists.
• Payments and memberships — online card payments through Stripe, memberships and class packs.
• Branded apps — iOS and Android apps carrying the studio's own name.
• Client paperwork — digital waivers, intake forms and client histories.
• Online classes — video on demand and streaming over Zoom.
• Reporting — analytics on bookings and revenue.

Who it works with

Yoga, Pilates and CrossFit studios, gyms and dance schools, plus instructors working alone. The team moves new studios across from their old system and runs accounts month to month with no contract.
