Cactusware

Cactusware is the company behind Diamond Scheduler, software that builds season schedules for sports leagues. Organisers enter their league's structure and constraints and the software's algorithms work out the fixtures; for leagues that prefer not to do it themselves, the company's own schedulers can build the schedule instead.

What Cactusware offers

• Diamond Scheduler — enter, import or upload leagues, divisions, teams and constraints, then generate a season schedule.
• Balancing — spreads venues, times and days fairly, including weekday and weekend balancing.
• Exports — schedules downloaded as CSV or sent to a SportsEngine account, with CSV import too.
• Expert scheduling service — staff schedulers take a league's needs, send a draft for review and then finalise it.
• League management tier — community tools for teams, coaches and parents, messaging, registration and payment processing, and public or private communities.

Who it works with
