Bookkeep connects Shopify stores to their accounting software. It collects sales from Shopify and other channels, posts daily accrual-based journal entries and matches deposits automatically, cutting out manual month-end reconciliation.

  • Payout splitting — dividing Shopify payouts by store, franchisee or channel and sending funds to the right bank accounts, including franchise fee capture.
  • Multi-channel and multi-entity — combining Shopify, Amazon and PayPal figures, and routing reporting to separate sets of books.
