ArchiSnapper

ArchiSnapper is a mobile app that architects and engineers use to record site visits, manage punch lists and produce field reports. It is now sold as Deltek ArchiSnapper. Staff capture observations on an Android or iOS device, and the app builds a branded PDF report from the data.

What ArchiSnapper offers

• Site capture — photos, drawing markups, observations and weather conditions recorded on a phone or tablet.
• Branded PDF reports — reports generated from captured data with the firm's branding, without reworking them in Word or Excel.
• Punch lists and checklists — items pinned to exact spots on project plans and marked off as resolved.
• Task assignment — defects sent to contractors or colleagues, who reply with their own photos and comments.
• Reusable forms — cloned forms and preset answers speed up repeat walkthroughs.

Who it works with

The app is built for architecture and engineering firms of any size, and for contractors taking part in site inspections. The company says more than 10,000 professionals in architecture, engineering and construction use it.
