Angelini Design

Angelini Design is a product design studio that began in Bologna in 1980. Its founder, Lamberto Angelini, trained as a mechanical engineer and spent two years at a major German carmaker's style centre. The early products carried over a feeling for movement from that background.

What Angelini Design offers

• Product design — creating new objects, including designs without wheels that borrow ideas from vehicles.
• Cross-industry transfer — applying experience and technology from one sector to another.
• Project teams — designers, engineers and craftsmen regrouped for each project.

Who it works with

Companies that want a product whose form matches its brand identity and market position. The studio treats constraints as a spur to finding a distinctive solution.
