Analyse-it Software makes an add-in that brings statistical analysis and method validation into Microsoft Excel. Scientists work on data where it already sits in the workbook, choosing analyses from a ribbon tab and setting options in a task pane. Results are saved back as normal worksheets, so colleagues can open them in Excel without needing the add-in.
