Aligni offers cloud software that combines product lifecycle management (PLM) and material requirements planning (MRP) for small and mid-sized manufacturers. It acts as a production hub from design through build, so engineering and production teams share one item master and a full history of changes.

• Bill of materials management: multi-level bills of materials with revision control and where-used views for every component.
• Engineering change management: built-in change requests and change orders to discuss and track design changes.
• Inventory planning: a forecast view combining stock on hand, sales forecasts, open orders, lead times and build consumption.
• Safety stock and lead times: per-part safety stock by warehouse, plus a TimeWarp feature for handling varied supplier lead times.
• Procurement and vendor collaboration: tracks suppliers, costs and orders.
• Production builds: schedules parts around changing demand, tracks usage and manages part alternates.
