128 Technology

128 Technology is a networking company that puts the router at the centre of its work. Its profile describes a team of serial entrepreneurs and technologists who say they bring about three decades of experience in digital and voice communications to this part of the network.

The company's stated belief is that the network should lead changes in the computing environment instead of trailing behind them. It frames the router as the place where networks most need attention, and it says it takes on a problem only if it can be solved properly.

What 128 Technology offers

• Router technology — products aimed at the router, which the company treats as the key point for improving networks.
• Network design thinking — an approach in which the network drives change rather than reacting to it.
• Voice and digital know-how — experience from earlier work in voice and digital communications, applied to routing.
