Shirin is a career investment professional in Corporate Development and M&A In her role, she is an industry expert in conducting due diligence for the purposes of acquisition by strategic and financial buyers She advises Tessera on due diligence and investment strategy Shirin started her career with Goldman Sachs' leveraged finance portfolio team and then moved into portfolio management at Ares Capital Currently, Shirin works on the Corporate Development/M&A team at American Express, where she works on a number of strategic initiatives across the enterprise Most notably, she successfully managed and negotiated the sale of Amex Publishing to Time Inc , the creation of the Amex Global Business Travel joint venture, and the acquisition of the Hilton co-branded credit card portfolio from Citigroup Shirin holds degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School

With over 20 years of experience across the media and ad tech landscape, Chris Emme is a leader in the industry with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building and leading sales teams as well as investing and advising across the Start-Up ecosystem Having started his career leading both Microsoft's US Hispanic advertising business as well as Yahoo!
