Karlani Capital was founded by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs Karlani was created by Nooruddin "Rudy" Karsan, after he sold his technology-based human resource management company, Kenexa, to IBM Karlani has invested in and partnered with a number of well-known startups that are doing great things in their respective fields When it comes to investing, there’s no such thing as approaching us too early We’re looking for like-minded people who want to go on this journey with us, with plenty of joy, laughter and occasional tears along the way, enriching humanity through what we do

We invest $100k to $2m+ in a round Our goal is to find companies that we go on a long-term journey with and have more than a few cash stacks under our mattresses for follow-on rounds
