Hub71 is a startup accelerator in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Access programme and specialist ecosystems: AED 250,000 in cash in exchange for equity through an uncapped, no-discount MFN SAFE note, plus AED 250,000 worth of in-kind incentives (office space, housing, health insurance and services). High-performing startups are eligible for a top-up of up to AED 250,000 for additional equity on completion or after one year. No application fees. Initiate (ideation stage): Hub71 provides no direct funding and takes no equity; venture builder partners set their own terms.
