Ideally, you’re a profitable Canadian company generating an annual EBITDA of over $1 million with a Total Enterprise Value between $2 and $25 million Or potentially, a smaller business that’s in-line with one of our existing ventures Your business is well respected in its industry As owners or majority shareholders, you’re looking to exit the business now or in the near future

You’re looking for new investors
