HookDeploy is a hosted service for receiving and routing webhooks, from SnapStack Technologies Inc., shown by its maker on 23 September 2026. Incoming webhooks are captured at edge locations and stored, then can be inspected, transformed — fields renamed, removed or added — replayed on demand and fanned out to several destinations. The distinctive part is delivery to servers with no public address: a source-available agent (BSL 1.1) for Linux, Windows and macOS opens an outbound, mutually authenticated TLS connection, so production webhooks arrive without opening an inbound port. A command-line tool and desktop app can mirror live traffic to a developer’s machine while production delivery carries on. Pricing on its own page: free to 10,000 requests a month with seven days of history; Starter $9 a month for 25,000; Pro $39 for 150,000; Scale $99 for 500,000; overage from $0.20 to $0.30 per thousand requests. The vendor says data is encrypted with organisation-scoped keys and held in separate US, EU, Asia-Pacific and Australian databases — the claims to ask to see evidenced before a payment provider’s webhooks go through it. It is a new entrant in a category with established names, including the similarly named Hookdeck, which is a different company.
