smartcrowds

smartcrowds is a cloud innovation management platform hosted in the UK. It focuses on the hard part of innovation, which is turning ideas into real change once they have been suggested. Its makers say the idea itself is only a small share of the work.

What smartcrowds offers

• Engagement — involves staff and customers in innovation.
• Idea crowdsourcing and management — collects and organises ideas.
• Idea validation and testing — checks ideas before work begins.
• Task and change management — carries approved ideas through to delivery.

Who it works with

Organisations that want ideas from both employees and customers.

The platform suits teams that already have plenty of ideas and need a structured way to test them and track the resulting tasks.
