ARC Automation

ARC Automation is an Israeli company based in Migdal Haemek that designs and builds automation systems, robotics and special machines to client requirements. Its work runs from automated test equipment and assembly machines to industrial control systems. The company says it works with clients at every stage, from the first concept to a finished product ready for pilot or serial production. It builds machines for companies in several markets, and its team mounts, wires and commissions the control systems it installs.

Machines and robotic systems

• Test equipment: multi-axis rigs for electronic cards, quality inspection machines that use smart cameras, and test systems for 3D camera modules. One test machine checks protective vests by dropping a knife from five metres.
• Assembly machines: clean-room assembly machines and lines for medical syringes, valves, electrical locks and connectors. One valve assembly machine handles four different parts at high speed.
• Robotic systems: robotic cells for working plastic parts, a robotic apple-picking system, a robotic cell for laboratories that handle explosive materials and an autonomous vehicle for picking tomatoes.
• Process machines: laser marking of plastic parts, label application inside injection moulds, printing on ceramics, an automatic tablet counting machine and steel strip rolling systems.
• Stabilisation: an automatic stabilisation platform for autonomous vehicles, listed among the company's projects.

The company also builds a service and sales kiosk for mobile phones and a titanium rod coating machine.

From concept to production

The company's process runs from concept to detailed design, production, assembly and wiring of control systems. The site presents this as a single roof for the whole project, with ARC handling integration of the finished machine so it can move into production.
