FieldCollaborate

FieldCollaborate is construction management software for residential homebuilders, sold by CPS Homebuilder Software and Services. It runs in a web browser, so office staff and people on the jobsite use the same system. It suits builders of any size, whether they work lot by lot, phase by phase, or build single-family or multi-family homes.

What FieldCollaborate offers

• Scheduling — task templates that can be changed per job or phase, with schedule holds, offsets, crew limits, recalculation and subcontractor reassignment.
• Vendor portal — gives vendors round-the-clock access to drawings, notes and documents, plus notices, safety announcements and maps.
• Homebuyer portal — shows buyers schedule summaries and progress photos at each stage of construction.
• Punch list management — records, tracks and closes punch items, reminds vendors of unfinished work, and works on any device on site.
• Safety and quality — safety inspections, quality checklists and a full reporting package.

Who it works with

Field managers, vendors, corporate staff and homebuyers all get access, with user roles controlling what each person sees. It also connects with other CPS software and third-party applications.
