eStrata

eStrata is a web application that creates community websites for condo boards, strata councils, co-operatives and homeowners associations. It is meant to be simple to use, even for people without technical skills.

What eStrata offers

• Community website: a branded site for the building or association.
• News and articles: boards can post updates for residents.
• Events and files: upload documents and list events.
• Round-the-clock access: residents can reach information at any time.
• Setup help: the team builds a basic site from the client's requirements and shares a demo site first.

Who it works with

Residents, owners, property managers, strata councils, homeowner associations and condo or co-op boards. Clients are not tied to long-term contracts.
