HOW LONG DO YOU STORE TRANSCRIBED FILES?

As one of the leading medical transcription companies, we understand that sometimes clients may need to access old files For this reason we maintain a copy of your file for two years on our servers The transcribed files are accessible on-demand to the client for two years and after that they are stored on a secure company server for future access We may extend the duration of the backup upon the client’s request
