Modelon

Modelon makes simulation software for engineers who design technical systems. Its main product, Modelon Impact, is a cloud-based platform for physics-based system simulation, now with AI features. The company also provides expert services and promotes open standards so customers can use their preferred tools and share models across product development.

What Modelon offers

• Modelon Impact — a cloud platform for building, simulating and optimising system models together.
• Model libraries — 19 libraries covering domains such as thermal, fluid, chemical, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Modelica support — import of Modelica-based and third-party libraries, or building models of their own.
• Data centre cooling tools — a dedicated library and solutions for data centre thermal management.
• Expert services — consulting around model-based simulation.

Who it works with

Engineering teams across a wide range of industry sectors, including very large companies, who use model-based tools to design systems.
