Create a profile on our database of testers so you may be contacted when you are a match for the location and demographic our clients are looking to test with

Step 2: Get Notified

Once you've created a profile, you're confirmed as a member of our database You'll receive email notifications when we're looking for someone like you in your area

Attend our test groups where you will be asked to taste, touch, smell and/or look at products and answer questions about them

Manufacturers with new or innovative products seeking feedback work with us to “sensory test” and gather information about their products with real consumers – (that’s you!)

Everyone is welcome to sign-up and you will never be asked to purchase anything We also conduct tests on products designed for kids and parents are welcome to register their children to join in the fun

Your opinion, taste buds and senses matter and are the key to making products better.

It's good cash really " "I've been a member for about 7 years now " Once you enroll in our database of testers you will be contacted from time to time to determine if you meet the criteria set for participation in a specific study/survey We will send you an email indicating that you meet the criteria and you will be invited to participate in a study/survey held at one of our field sites, designated location or via email You must be able to make your own travel arrangements to the test site You will be scheduled a date and time for participation, informed of how much you will get paid and how long the study/survey will take When arriving at one of our field sites the day of the study/survey you will be required to show a valid government issued photo ID to identify yourself After you have completed an onsite study/survey you will receive compensation, typically before leaving our facility Please check our privacy policy

That depends on the type of study/survey you are participating in and the type of product you are testing You will be asked to taste, touch, smell and/or look at products and answer questions about them Sometimes we will ask you to be part of a focus group, where you will be discussing a product, service or idea with other testers and a moderator that will lead the discussion Sometimes you are asked to pick up products and try them at home but, for the most part, testing is done at one of our field sites, conveniently located in your area Most tests are done on a computer Remember when answering questions, there are no right or wrong answers – just your opinion

A minimum of $20 to $25 per session but could receive more depending on the type and length of the of the test

Each study varies, but most studies last about an hour You will always be informed of the length of the study

The majority of our tests are conducted at one of our 19 North American locations Testers will need to attend a test centre to undertake tests
