42mate

42mate is a small software engineering firm with teams in the United States and Argentina. Three engineers founded it in July 2013 with an emphasis on craftsmanship and close partnership, and it remains a deliberately compact, senior team. Its work centres on helping organisations own and control their technology rather than depend on closed vendors.

What 42mate offers

• Custom software development — applications built for the client to own, delivered in two-week iterations.
• Systems integration — connecting fragmented platforms so data and processes flow between them.
• Legacy modernisation — updating older systems and migrating critical data.
• Data platforms — building and modernising the platforms that hold an organisation's data.
• Cloud infrastructure — engineering infrastructure the client fully controls, with ongoing support after go-live.

Who it works with

42mate works with organisations ranging from early-stage startups to global brands and Fortune 500 companies. Past projects span media and entertainment, education and healthcare. As a nearshore partner, its engineers share working hours with North American development teams.
