Redis Enterprise

Redis Enterprise is a commercial database product built on Redis. It adds availability and scaling features to the open source technology that it draws on, and it keeps ties to the open source community around Redis. The vendor positions it as database technology with an active open source background.

What Redis Enterprise offers

• High availability — active-active and active-passive designs spread across regions.
• Linear scaling — performance that grows as capacity is added.
• Built-in search — search features inside the database.
• Flash storage — databases can extend to flash SSDs to reduce infrastructure spending and use hardware fully.

Who it works with

Teams running Redis databases that need distributed, highly available deployments across more than one location.
