Clients can engage the agency through outstaffing, retainer, time-and-materials or sprint-based arrangements, with dedicated designers, small teams for individual tasks, or larger teams for bigger projects, supported by designers, art directors and project managers. The company says it has been developing design since 2007, working on its first fintech project in 2011, its first client from the Baltic countries in 2010, its first iOS app design in 2009 and its first United States client in 2010.
