Telenor gave us their first assignment in 2011 after we published a concise piece about designing webshops with conversion as a focus We were asked to redesign their mobile phones product page Despite the extremely short deadline (3-4 days) and the thorough planning required, we succeeded in redesigning the page so well that Telenor has become a permanent client We were soon asked to evaluate their product search pages and to rethink their purchasing processes

This haircare webshop was conceived and built on Woocommerce We tailored the webshop engine to meet end users’ expectations for ease of use and to boost sales

Through card sorting workshops and 4 rounds of testing with over 100 participants, we created a website that helps users find information and sign up for the software
