Beyond Local, Inc

Beyond Local, Inc, trading online as Go Beyond Local, splits its work into two areas: building digital platforms and providing information services. It works in Nigeria and beyond, serving membership bodies, government ministries, shops and other organisations whose paperwork and processes need a proper system.

What Beyond Local, Inc does

• Digital platform development: online systems such as membership portals, application and scoring tools, commerce sites, booking calendars and directory listings.
• Records platforms: indexed systems meant to let staff find a filed document in seconds rather than searching cabinets by hand.
• Sourced research reports: turning a loose question or a messy spreadsheet into a report where every figure names its source and collection date.
• Clean data files: tidying scattered figures into a usable dataset.
• Directories, archives and public information: checked directories, digital record archives and plain-language public service pages designed to work on a phone.

Customers and markets

Its examples include membership bodies collecting monthly dues, ministries scoring applications from several offices, and shops waiting on bank payment confirmation. Each platform is mapped to the process the client already follows before any screens are designed.
