Bidit

Bidit is a web service for tendering building services and facilities management work. It targets projects with regulatory compliance needs, where collecting bids has traditionally been a slow job. The aim is to simplify the request-for-proposal routine.

What Bidit offers

• Project posting — property managers list a job with its requirements, location details, timeline and estimated budget.
• Vendor distribution — the project is sent to all the relevant vendors for review.
• Bid submission — vendors view the job and place their bids through the platform.
• RFP streamlining — replaces a manual, time-consuming process with one shared process for contracts and building services.

Who it works with

Property managers who commission building services, and vendors who bid for that work.
