Customer Overview and Background: British multinational advertising and public relations company Started 47 years ago with its main management office in London and its executive office in Dublin It has now expanded to encompass approximately 400 separate companies globally with in excess of ‎205,000 employees with revenue recorded as ‎£14 39 billion (2016) The Refresh project is to replace hardware over 5 years old with new Cisco Devices on a 5 years lease and the objective is to refresh or transform 31 sites initially for the end client in such a way to secure the transformation work for the end client Sites are to be refreshed either as:

• LFL (Like for Like) – box swapped with replacement as specified by Cisco with no additional costs to client
• XFRM (Transformation) – new functionality and design to consolidate and upgrade network (chassis based)
• Client will be charged with upgrade and SLA will be applicable
