Camp Monster

Camp Monster is a web-based system for running camps. Directors, studios and clubs use one administration portal to manage camps, sessions and registrations, while families sign up and pay online.

What Camp Monster offers

• Camp and session setup — any number of camps, each with its own sessions, plus limits on numbers and ages.
• Payment options — early and late rates, discounts and promotions, with card payments through the operator's own processor or the platform's.
• Cabin and group assignments — tools to allocate campers to cabins and groups.
• Email to campers — messages to everyone or chosen campers, formatted to the camp's branding.
• Reports — accounting summaries by camp, session or account.

Who it works with

Camp directors, dance and other studios, and clubs. Parents can register several participants for several sessions at once, sign waivers, view invoices and see earlier years' history.

Key facts
