Stilmark

Stilmark develops web applications that automate repetitive work in company service departments. It started with tools for marketing teams and now describes its focus as process automation.

What Stilmark offers

• Process analysis — conversations and review to find where a department wastes effort.
• Requirements and specifications — the firm outlines what a solution must do before building it.
• Workflow applications — internet-based tools that take over tasks staff run every day or week.
• Implementation — delivery of the finished automation to the department.

Who it works with

Stilmark targets service departments such as marketing, human resources, accounting, sales, purchasing and research and development. It says managers often lack the technical background to specify automation, and that IT teams may lack capacity for such projects.
