Answering Solutions for Funeral Service

Answering Solutions for Funeral Service covers the phones for funeral homes when staff cannot answer. The company says its team grew up in the funeral service business, and that this shapes how it takes calls. Rather than sounding like a generic answering service, its agents answer as though they were the funeral home itself.

Services

• Funeral home call answering: calls are picked up on the home's behalf when nobody on site is available.
• Branded call handling: agents answer in the manner of the funeral home they represent.
