Upon outsourcing, files are immediately uploaded into our Integrated Debt Management Software (IDMS) which automatically sends out an email or a text message notifying the debtor that his file has been outsourced to AFS Our Tele-collectors aggressively but professionally contact customers through their last known address, their Guarantors/referees They also issue demand letters and hold face to face discussions All debtors who are not contactable within the first 2 to 3 days are forwarded to our skip trace officers who try to trace their physical address, work stations or next of kin Where the traces are successful, our Field collectors conduct visits All customer files not contacted or have not made any collections progress within 90 days are returned to the Client with a recommendation We have Rigor Officers who carry snap-checks of the collector activities As a policy, our staff are not allowed to handle any cash from the debtor Our staff are vetted during recruitment and have to provide letters of recommendation and certificate of good conduct before engagement They are also trained to exercise high level of integrity & Ethics We have on-board and continuous training to up skill our staff We also have effective Data Analysts who provide portfolio performance reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, or upon request Our dedicated team of expert skip tracers aid in tracking down debtors who have gone underground
