Firefly

Firefly is a collaboration tool that lets design teams review visual work together. Users upload sketches, photographs, interface ideas, logos, banners or captures of live web pages, and discuss them in one place.

What Firefly offers

• Annotation — comments and markers placed directly on a design, with attached files and hand-drawn notes.
• Discussion threads — conversations with collaborators, including people who do not have a Firefly account.
• Version tracking — keeps earlier versions of a design as changes are made, so reviewers can mark issues as resolved and add new remarks.
• Linked screens — connects screens together so the flow of a website or app can be shown interactively.

Who it works with

Design teams and their reviewers, including outside collaborators who only need to comment.

Key facts

• Security: SSL encryption and nightly backups, according to the vendor
• Support: questions are answered directly by the support team rather than through a ticket queue
