Fornax | Consultancy

Fornax is a consultancy that works with retail, manufacturing, e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, and logistics and transportation businesses on data, analytics and AI projects. Its stated services span data and AI strategy, platform strategy and digital transformation advisory, data engineering, modernisation, governance and operations, data visualisation and storytelling, data science and predictive models, and generative AI and machine learning products.

The firm says it begins engagements by identifying which business decisions matter most, such as improving contribution margin or managing cost pressures, before aligning data work to those goals. It builds data foundations intended to scale with a client's business, including data pipelines, warehouses, governance and semantic layers, and it also covers areas such as environmental, social and governance reporting and revenue growth management.
