Flying Whales

Flying Whales builds and operates web games and platforms from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Singapore. Its flagship product is a web game platform offering instant, no-download browser games with shared accounts and leaderboards, including a dark fantasy idle game called Lost Fantasy that has run for over twelve months with a paying player base. The company also runs a talent and back-office platform for foreign companies hiring in Vietnam, covering payroll, compliance, accounting and a network of local freelancers, alongside a link-in-bio tool for Vietnamese creators and a directory of Vietnamese start-ups and investors. A further product offers instant identification and valuation of physical collectibles using computer vision, and the company maintains archives and small client-side tools related to the old web and Vietnamese internet culture. It describes itself as run by two developers and an artist with no outside investors.
