How do I get billed?

All Geenee plans are paid in advance, either on a monthly or annual billing cycle All plans will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle, so please make sure you cancel your plan before your subscription renews if you no longer wish to continue There is no credit or refund for usage during partial months

What is the cancellation policy?

You may cancel your Geenee plan at any time by logging into the website and going to the “Account” page If you are canceling during your free trial period, you will not be charged Click on “Cancel Subscription” and you will continue to have access to the Geenee platform until your trial expires at the end of the 14 days If you are canceling while on a paid plan, click on “Turn off” auto-renew You will have the option to cancel immediately or at the end of your billing period There is no credit or refund for usage during partial months
