Flexatal

Flexatal connects businesses with freelance technology specialists on a flexible basis. Each freelancer is tested on technical skill and communication and checked with earlier hirers before being put forward, and clients keep a human contact throughout the project.

What Flexatal offers

• DevOps — specialists for infrastructure, deployment and operations.
• Data science — freelancers for analysis and modelling work.
• Project and programme management — managers to run technology projects.
• Shortlisting — hand-picked candidates, usually three for each role, with help from the firm's CTO to define the need.
