Shiftbase

Shiftbase is a web and mobile application for scheduling staff and keeping personnel records. Each employee has a personal login to see their roster, worked hours and leave balance, and managers control who can see what.

What Shiftbase offers

• Scheduling — rosters built by hand or with an auto-scheduling feature in early access.
• Time tracking — clocking in from any device with one-pass approval.
• Absence and leave — balances the whole team can see, plus open shifts to cover gaps.
• Payroll preparation — hours exported in a form ready for payroll.
• Team chat and onboarding — messaging for groups and tools for hiring and rehiring.

Who it works with

The site targets shift-based businesses and mentions more than 8,000 customers and 250,000 employees. Customers named include Blokker, and it connects with Personio.
