JetBridge

JetBridge places senior engineers with client companies, with a focus on AI and data specialists. Clients can hire engineers hourly or full time, and a short trial period is offered before a placement is confirmed.

The firm says it screens candidates through live pair programming rather than take-home tests.

• Engineer placement: software, AI and data engineers who join client teams.
• Flexible hiring: hourly or full-time arrangements, with a trial period.
• Live pair-programming screening: candidates are assessed while writing code with a reviewer.
• Embedded teams: engineers who work inside a client's own product team.
