GGMS-Gym Management Software

GGMS-Gym Management Software is a gym and fitness club management system made by Gayatri Software in India. It combines a cloud platform with a member mobile app, letting gyms from single sites to growing chains run memberships, check-ins, billing and reporting in one place instead of registers and spreadsheets.

What GGMS-Gym Management Software offers

• Member and plan management — member profiles, photos, monthly to annual plans, personal training packages and renewal tracking.
• Attendance and access — QR code check-in plus integration with biometric devices from ZKT, ESSL, Biomax and others.
• Billing and reports — payments, collections, dues, expenses, sales and incentive reports by day, week or date range.
• Automatic alerts — SMS and email reminders for renewals, expiring plans, birthdays and anniversaries.
• Diet and workout plans — trainers assign plans that members view in their own login.
• Enquiry follow-up — tracking sales enquiries and converting them into members.

Who it works with

Independent gyms, studios, fitness centres and fitness chains across India. The company reports more than 1,000 fitness businesses served.
