Flexum

Flexum is a product agency founded in Ukraine that joins client companies' own product, design and engineering teams to speed up delivery. All of its team members are Ukrainian, and it aims to connect creative talent in the country with technology companies elsewhere. It focuses on start-ups and SaaS businesses.

What Flexum offers

• Full-stack teams — ready-made groups combining product, design and engineering skills.
• Team extension — working alongside an in-house team, or independently when a client prefers.
• SaaS product development — building and improving software-as-a-service applications as a client's roadmap evolves.
• Hands-on design — working directly in the product rather than presenting slide decks, including quick technical spikes.

Who it works with

Flexum serves start-ups and technology companies. Projects it describes include a collaborative publishing platform for authors, an A/B testing service for app store search visibility, a podcast hosting platform with public and private shows, a box-reuse scheme with partner offers, and a web tool that turns theatre scripts into subtitles for deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences.
