Enable Labs

Enable Labs is the company behind Groupable, a membership management platform. It was created by a member of such an organisation and replaces the mix of spreadsheets, mailing tools and separate websites that many groups rely on.

What Enable Labs offers

• Membership records — tracking of member life-cycle events and self-managed contact details.
• Dues and billing — renewals, invoicing and collections, including billing of local units.
• Communications — email to members and news and calendar tools.
• Websites — hosting and branding, plus a private member portal.
• Mobile app and custom APIs — a member app and interfaces for linking other systems.
• Support and training — a help desk for every user level, regular training sessions and onboarding for new clients.

Who it works with

The product serves single groups run by a secretary or treasurer, and parent organisations that oversee lodges, posts or chapters across a state or country. Its site reports more than 25 parent organisations and over 2,800 local groups.
