Double Yolk

Double Yolk recruits software developers in India and places them full time inside client businesses, so a company gains remote staff who work as part of its own team. It began by serving firms in New Zealand and Australia and now also places developers with companies in the USA, the UK and elsewhere.

What Double Yolk offers

• Developer recruitment — screens and shortlists candidates in India against a client's talent request, then lets the client interview them.
• Team scaling — adds several engineers at once or fills single skill gaps in an existing team.
• Onboarding support — an onshore team helps new hires settle in, followed by a dedicated account manager.
• Project delivery — earlier material describes managing design, UX, development and testing through to launch.

Who it works with

Growing companies that need extra development capacity, mainly in New Zealand and Australia, with placements also in the USA and the UK.
