Devbox

Devbox, trading as Devbox Technologies, is a London software company that takes on outsourced development for businesses. Its work spans custom software, web and mobile apps and AI automation, and it also supplies developers to strengthen an existing team. Earlier it described itself as a web development agency with Ruby on Rails skills.

What Devbox offers

• Digital evolution — planning and building new software as part of a wider change in how a business works.
• Software revitalisation — improving existing systems, cutting manual steps and connecting separate platforms.
• Project recovery — an outside review and extra staff for software projects that have gone off course.
• Dedicated resources — developers, testers, cloud engineers and project managers who join a client's team, including for short periods.
• AI solutions — data-driven automation built for individual businesses.
• Web and mobile development — custom websites and apps, including Ruby on Rails work.

Who it works with

One client says Devbox built its minimum viable product ahead of a funding round and then scaled it into a full product, with developers working in the client's time zone.
