Our vision is focused on practicing sustainability in three main areas: finance, people, and environment ¹ All three are important and interconnected and there will always be tension between all three

Finance is obvious and a typical area of sustainability for any business If we are not financially responsible, we cannot fund our mission To achieve the highest level of sustainability, our financial practices align with both our short-term and long-term needs and goals

Businesses will agree that people are a very important part of a company Our aim is to elevate this perspective by including people as an important component of sustainability Given that 80% of our expenses are people-based (e g , salaries, taxes, healthcare), the ways in which we operate must provide a sustainable well-being for our people

A third area of sustainability is the environment For us, environmental sustainability is focused on the efficient use of physical resources (such as cloud computing) and by the efficient software we develop

Our purpose is to provide a nurturing and enjoyable workplace because people who enjoy their work create great products

An enjoyable workplace is a sustainable workplace, one that will always be there for the long-term partnerships we foster with our clients We believe the foundation of those partnerships is built on successful teams Through the combination of our unique individual strengths, we take seriously what the author Marcus Buckingham has found: there are no well-rounded people but there are well-rounded teams ² The end result of an enjoyable workplace is that we are better equipped to make each project we work on enjoyable
