COVIAM

COVIAM is a technology partner that builds software for clients and puts weight on protecting their intellectual property. It aligns contracts and teams to that end and is open with clients about commercial terms and who is assigned to a project.

What COVIAM offers

• Software development — delivered through its own development process, Captain P3.
• Automation tools — in-house tools including AutoMi, used to speed up delivery.
• DevOps — a full practice covering release and operations.
• Quality and test automation — testing practices intended to hold quality while reducing effort.

The company says its aim is quicker time to market without lowering quality, and that it works in an open environment with an innovation-driven culture. It also says it has built an employer brand to attract strong engineers.
